How credits work at Mimi Panda

Credits are used for creation actions such as coloring pages, paint by numbers, AI images, filters, background removal, and upscaling. Virtual Artist Lab tools do not consume credits.

Typical credit costs

Paid plans use fewer credits per action than the free trial. Exact amounts can vary by plan, but these are the common costs:

• Photo to coloring page: 1 credit on paid plans, 4 on free trial
• AI coloring page from prompt: 1 credit on paid plans, 2 on free trial
• Name coloring page: 1 credit on paid plans, 2 on free trial
• Photo to paint by numbers: 1 credit on paid plans, 4 on free trial
• AI image generation or AI filters: 2.5 credits on paid plans, 4 on free trial
• Background removal: 1 credit
• Image upscale: 1 credit on paid plans, 4 on free trial
• Virtual Artist Lab tools: free

Subscription credits and purchased credits

• Subscription credits are added each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• Purchased credits are bought separately in packs. They never expire and stay available even if the subscription ends.
• Your header balance shows the combined total of both.

When credits are charged or refunded

• Credits are deducted when you submit a creation, not when it finishes.
• If a task fails, credits are refunded automatically. Check Balance Details if something looks wrong.
• If a prompt is rejected by content filters, credits are usually not refunded.
• In a batch upload, each image is charged separately.

Free trial credits

New accounts receive a small one-time credit allowance for a short trial period. Free trial credits are not renewed monthly, and free users cannot buy extra credit packs.

Reset schedule

• Monthly plans: subscription credits reset on your subscription anniversary date each month.
• Annual plans: the full year of credits is added at the start of the annual period.
• Purchased credits are not affected by resets.
