Subscriptions and billing at Mimi Panda
Mimi Panda subscriptions are managed from your profile page. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page.
Plans at a glance
- Free trial: limited one-time credits, watermarks on some downloads, and trial restrictions.
- Basic, Personal, and Commercial: monthly credits, no watermarks on paid plans, and higher limits as you move up.
- Commercial includes commercial usage rights for your creations.
- Annual billing adds a full year of credits upfront and usually costs less than paying monthly.
How to subscribe
Follow the step-by-step guide: Subscribe to a plan.
Upgrading
From your profile subscription block, choose upgrade to a higher plan when available. Upgrades are handled through Paddle, and higher-plan credits are adjusted for the current period.
To move to a lower plan, cancel the current plan and subscribe again at the lower tier after the current period ends.
Canceling and resuming
Cancellation keeps access until the end of the billing period. Details: How to cancel subscription.
If you canceled early and still have time left in the period, use "Resume subscription" on your profile to restore the plan without a new checkout.
Extra credits
If monthly credits run out, paid-plan users can buy extra credit packs from Balance Details on the profile page. Purchased credits do not expire and remain usable even after a subscription ends.
Payment method and failed payments
- Update your card from the subscription block using "Update Payment Method".
- If a payment fails, Paddle may retry. Check your email from Paddle, update the payment method, and re-subscribe if needed.
